Pat Arnett, CPNP-BC

With over 25 years of hands-on experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Texas, Pat brings unparalleled real-world expertise to CPR instruction. Her career in pediatric and neonatal intensive care—coupled with dual Master’s degrees from the University of Texas at Arlington and advanced neonatology certification—has prepared her to teach not just the how, but the why behind every lifesaving technique.
 
Pat’s dedication to children’s health earned her recognition as a “Mom Choice” pediatric provider by DFW Child Magazine. She specializes in caring for medically complex children—including those with cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism, and cardiac conditions—giving her deep insight into the unique emergencies families may face. This experience fuels her passion for equipping parents, caregivers, and community members with the confidence and skills to act quickly when seconds count.
 
A passionate advocate for multicultural and Hispanic communities across the Dallas Metroplex, Pat delivers clear, culturally responsive training that meets families where they are. Whether teaching infant CPR, child first aid, or adult resuscitation, her approach is practical, reassuring, and rooted in clinical expertise.
When she’s not teaching, Pat enjoys life in Allen with her husband, Kirk, their five children, and three grandchildren. They are active members of Cottonwood Creek Church, where their shared commitment to service and community continues to thrive.
